" I've played Mysteryville under it's
other name, Strange Town, and loved it. It's similar to Mystery
Case Files, but with a quirky storyline. You play a reporter, trying
to find out why all the cats have suddenly gone missing. To get
information you have to talk to the townspeople. They ask you to
help find certain items for them. There is a list of items you must
find or shapes you must match against objects in the room. There
are about 20 stages, and the story gets stranger as you go along,
involving an FBI Agent, a mysterious dark suited man, a crazy Scientist,
and many more eccentric characters!--It's a LOT of fun, I recommend
this game for everyone in the family."- Gaming Mom
" Mysteryville grabs you with a storyline
and is more than just a find-the-object puzzle. Mysteryville also
inlcudes find-the-difference puzzles as well as find-the-shape.
Rather than timing how long it takes you, Mysteryville gives you
a time-limit so you have a bit more of a challenge. The storyline
has you jumping back and forth asking questions of the characters
as you try to find out who the culprit is and why he or she is taking
the cats. I think most people who do like puzzle games, will be
more than pleased with this game. It is not just like Mystery
Case Files, it is a different experience. Try it."

"Mysteryville--4 stars. Okay, so this
isn't MCF. But, it's still pretty fun to play. I do like the fact
that the rooms aren't quite as messy as MCF, so items are a bit
easier to find. To compensate for that, the game creators have come
up with different scenarios like just showing the outline of an
item or having players search for all of one item in the room. I
definitely recommend this to anyone! " - gonzogeek
"EVERYBODY IS GOING TO HATE ME AND THIS
REVIEW WILL BE AT THE END OF THE LIST BUT I HAVE TO TELL IT LIKE
IT IS-- FOR ME, MYSTERSVILLE IS FOR FAR BETTER THAN MYSTERY CASE
FILES. THE STORY IS BETTER AND THE GRAPHICS ARE 100% MORE ARTISTIC.
IN THE LAST FEW DAYS, I HAVE PLAYED THIS GAME NIGHT AND DAY. TRY
IT !." - ALL CAPS
"Mysteryville It was a game, but a little
too easy. If you are looking for a game just like Mystery Case Files,
then this is not the game for you. But if you are looking for an
easier version, then this is perfect! I did like the mixture of
puzzles, especially the one where it gives you the outline of the
object to be found. Mysterville mixes the item search with finding
differences in a room which gives the game a unique twist that was
pleasing. The storyline was funny and interesting, just a bit too
short. Same with the game itself. But, all-in-all, I would say that
this is a good game-- worth the purchase price--especially for the
younger crowd." - oldtimegamer55
"Mysteryville Review ---Cons- can be
very short for experienced gamers. Pluses - intriquing storyline
and if you have more than one person in the family who plays games,
you might consider that 2 to 3 hours of quality game play per person
is good value." - Gaming Guru
"Mysteryville is a Great Game--I have played all 3 games
MCF before this one,but Mysteryville has a great story too. I recommend
this game to everyone. You will love it!!!" - Puzzle Phanitic
